@Riot my brother is a 1 trick zed

He onlys gets on once a month just so his elo doesnt decay or he just plays norms with his friend

He does not want to play ranked cause he knows if he doesnt get zed he cant truly carry his team otherwise its a coin flip

His first thought about the qss change is "Is riot stupid if they do this I will never be able to play zed in ranked" he literally rather have qss changed back than not be able to play his champ

TL-DR: Plat zed main wants qss changes reverted so he can play him in ranked and zed doesnt need nerfs or rework
