Improvement to solo queue ranked games.

I'm constantly running into this issue in solo queue where i'm trying to propose how we should handle a specific situation and what might be the smartest thing to do at the current moment, but my team just refuses to listen to my proposition and eventually throws the game and says ''yeah you might have been right.'' So what if there would be a box you could tick at the role selection which would display you as a ''team captain'' in the lobby / game ect. And i think this ''extra title'' in the game could give you that extra bit of authority you need to make your team listen to your shot calling more frequently. I think this addition would help out a lot when it comes to climbing because some people play this game casually and don't watch eSports ect. And some people actually try to climb and want to see themselves improve and achieve a higher rank. So i think this addition would help both the casual audience and the people who just play to win. Thank you for taking the time to read this and i know a lot of people will disagree with this post but hey, the addition wouldn't take away anything from the current game.
