I feel like Taric's ulti isn't good. It doesn't last long and it takes a pretty long time for it to trigger off. Its not right that the enemy team automatically backs off If they see Taric's ulti going off. By the time my team initiates, it will be too late already. Please reduce the casting time for his ult to half or something. I feel like 3 seconds for his ult to go off, is SUCH a long time and many deaths happen within that time. Not to mention, it doesn't last long.
nah the ult is fine. the heal needs some work
I think it should be .5 sec faster to come down tbh. but any buff more than that might be too much and would require further re balancing within the kit
if u do get a 3 4 or 5 man ulti the fight is basically won

I agree with Rewt that slightly faster would be nice. If you try to use it reactionary, it usually does nothing.
Speeding it up helps. But it also means less time to group together on it. But it also means less time waiting in a group. So many teammates just don't stay in either circle. They might see it and start to engage (otherwise it is a useless ult), but then they don't have the ult so it was pointless anyways. If they stay close then the other team has time to run. Or the team really just doesn't know how to use (me included).
