New Riven Buff or Nerf?

It has a combination of buffs and nerfs. Overall it is a nerf

Less cancer and finally Riven players need to think what they are doing.

As a Diamond Riven main, it's a buff. The champion was in a perfect state before the change, now they're giving her laning phase a massive steroid that she didn't need. It's a really big buff to everything except windslash.

I dunno, but I'm glad they're at least trying. Even if this ends up being a buff, at least the attention means there will (probably) be follow up nerfs if it's broken.
