I have gold 3 MMR, ranked as silver 4, and do well in about 75% fo my games with a positive impact but for some reason the matchmaking in this game decides to place me with players that have an MMR of bronze 1 or even silver MMR. Shouldn't i be getting matched with players my skill level and not my rank or the rank below me meanwhile the enemy team has three silver 1 players and two gold 3 players. Also because of this i have lost 4 games in a row because these exact players int and feed their lanes because they are outmatched in their lane. I truly don't understand if Riot wants players to get better at the game then why not place players of the same skill level with them instead of the same rank. Let the people who suck suffer and burn with other shitty players and let the ones who are actually trying to climb in this game have a good time. I openly invite any Riot employee to comment on this and please thoroughly explain why this shit is fucked up and if you care to fix it.

I don't get it. A simple explanation from riot would be nice. Can't thing of a logical reason though other than to make you lose which keeps that 50% winrate target.

I've noticed in games I spank, say go 9/0/15 the very next game I'm absolutely guaranteed a team that's lower MMR/on a loss streak that just feed to uncarryable states.

Then I tilt, give up trying and spend the next few games playing random champs I don't know in a feeling of utter hopelessness.

It's not that I don't want to win but when the dice is loaded against you it leaves you hollow and bitter.

I agree, I always get feeders and worse players, in ranked it's even more annoying , the enemy always has the higher ranks, makes it hard to limb and normals always have the bad teams also, riot really should improve on this portion. Put equal skill levels together not feeders, or etc.
