I feel I am always paired with worst teammates in ranked

Not sure if its karma (no the champion) or what... but just feel like when i get paired in ranked it's always with worst people. Either some one is afk, playing ranked for the first time in Silver 5, or wants to troll or picks a champ that they have never played before or the opponent team mates are all plat level... dont know what it is... last 25~30 games have been in that situation... is there something wrong in the rank pairing system or something? If one looses a good game I would not feel bad, as I can surly understand that minor mistakes can cost a win/loose but this is just pathetic... get rolled by the other team again and again...

another 5 more losses and am going to quit league for good...
