Fix the ranking system

I had a game where I went 21-1-7 as darius and I was only able to get an A+. Ususally this wouldnt really upset me but I have been trying to get Darius to level 7 for a couple weeks now and I know that I should have gotten an S that game. Just in case Rito will say something like "It takes more than just KDA to get a high ranking" then I also got the most amount of cs in the game.

And what would that number be for the amount of time in game? Having the most cs at 40 minutes, but only having 100 cs doesn't make it good csing.
