Fiora/Ravenous Hydra

I have played against fiora several times as different champions and have highly observed that her health regeneration while having ravenous hydra built is insanely unbalanced. An entire team can ult her attack her get her down to 5 hp yet she can dash auto attack and regenerate half of her health back deeming it impossible for any character to compete with her. I have never before seen such health regeneration in this item or on this champion. This item does not generate the same amount of health regeneration on other characters please balance the champions with items. You nerfed guinsos for vayne why isnt it being done for other items that are applied to characters that make no sense to scale off of.
