Ive been working my way up starting with the cheapest champs and going to the more expensive ones. I currently am finishing up the 3150 champs and the ones I have left are Karma, Karthus, Mordekaiser and Shyvana. out of those 4 which do you think I should try out next?

I'm a little biased at 444k Shyvana mastery... but Shyvana. If you want a jungler where you can powerfarm to the point where you crush the enemy team, Shyvana does that. Takes a bit of work to make sure you know when you can and cannot fight, but after that its much better.
