Just had a lvl1 teemo, didn't leave fountain, reconnected at 2:40, dc'd at 2:50, no chance to remake, ff'd before 20 minutes. Its very likely we wouldve won as 5 but instead we just lost a 4v5 and that ended the game and I lost my mmr for something completely out of my control

The way the remake system works is as followed:
The player must be disconnected for a full 1:30 seconds, if they are disconnected for 1:29 seconds, the remake option will not be available.
If a player bought an item, then disconnected, the remake option will not be available. This is why people complain about the "Biscuits preventing remakes".
If a player dies, then disconnects, the remake option will not be available.
I'm not stating I agree with this, but it's just how it is.
it getts buggy especially if they bought items first. and the rule is they have to be AFK 30 seconds, but no later then 3:00, so if it was 2:40 the option wont pop up.
also its a teemo, you may as well be 4v5 anyways
