FLEXX Q BROKEN? OR AM I BOOSTED??

So pretty much the account im on is gold V correct and i get in a game with a master tier and a diamond when my entire team is gold and silver's and pretty confident the mid ori was smurfing can anyone explain why they let this happen and or if its going to stay in the game like this
