So the new souls have come out and honestly they're cool, I like the new focus on dragons and I don't even mind the Elder as the game closer like baron. But i take issue with the cloud soul because every other soul is useful for every other champ but not cloud, granted champs like nocturne, jax, and many others benifit from it, but how are champs like xerath, Jhin, and Karthus supposed to use that. When i play them and get cloud, it feels like I've been shafted out of a dragon soul.

Passive 10% movespeed at all times is still really good, but if you really need too just tap R and exit it before they’re right on top of you.

Besides udyr there is only 5 champions max that cant use this at all because they cant cancel their ult channels, Jhin and Xerath arent those champs.

Well, same could be said of manaless champs and ocean soul. or tanks and infernal soul.

mana less champs still get health regen for the ocean soul and tanks will get the explosion that scales with health for the infernal
