Trolling Teammates

When i play i meet loads of trollers that greif me and my other teammates game. By either stealing lanes,stealing farm, not helping at all. They also trigger people in chat so they get toxic. Like me when people troll i get really mad and write shit and i get penalty for that. Im okey with that but the ones trolling and destroying the game for others doesnt get anything. I dont think thats a fair.
