On Gangplank

So Gangplank is a champion that discovered when trying to switch up my play style. I found that he is extremely strong, but he has no mobility, and once he uses his w he is an easy target. He is very strong but not unbalanced. More so, the pool of people that play gp is not huge, but has honed the way they play him so he is strong. Nerfing or changing him would be a blow to that group of people, he is balanced, fun, and without need of change. I ask that he is left as is, if you want a rework that is needed, please check up on; taric, yorick, etc

You uh, you know the rework almost entirely buffs him, right? His passive doesn't slow anymore, but it's a true damage burn with higher damage. Q and W are the same (except Q last hits lets him stack up to upgrade his ult), E provides less of an invisible power boost and meh AoE and a lot more playmaking and damage, and R got massive buffs in the upgrades; it can now be a more reliable execute with the mega cannon, give the old E's MS in the radius, and a flat damage increase with the fire at will. Heck, it might even get an AD ratio (can't tell until PBE is up) which would make it AMAZING.

he'd be too powerful with an AD ratio

it could also wear down 50% of anyone but a tank's hp if they were forced to be in it for the full duration and it could clear entire minion waves or make them easy to clear if it didn't

it's fun to throw your ult on a lane that's gone and farm 100+ gold from the minions there

He doesnt need to be buffed, hes one of those few champions i think should be left be. And @sp441 they arent great but i have gotten plenty of kills of the dot on passive and using his e to proc trinity force. ANd dusteon, I agree with everything you said, but how often do you see him played? Not a lot, part of what makes him just so fun to play is the abnormality of playing him. If he gets reworked i fear it'd ruin that a bit and also make people more weary of him
