Im bored and Im creating a discussion about something I saw on a stream

I was scrolling through streams and I come into an odd game on Gbays stream where the enemy team as I understand had 3 smites and irelia jungle. I started watching and saw something that just nailed itself into my mind. Gbay took turret agro and when rek'sai knocked him up he cancels it and walks out. Anyone who knows how or is it just a bug?
