Please Rework Heimerdinger, he just sits in lane and has his towers who has longer range than the League turrets itself do all the work. He can sit there and practically 1 v 5. Either nerf the towers itself or remove then and rework heimer. Its annoying just seeing him played in normals because he places all his towers in lane and you can't farm,poke, or hurt him.
He can't leave the Microturrets behind to splitpush anymore. That's enough of a rework
His turrets do not out range towers. Only three things out range when it comes to AA's. Twitch ult, Tristana at lvl 18 and Kag'maw with a maxed lvl w.
I do agree donger is just a champ who relies on placing turrets and just sitting there, literally the defenition of no skill needed,
