spell vamp and life steal are good in small quanities. I feel like they would be good/better if they had a cap like CDR does, maybe 50-60%? But full spellvamp builds were even more unbalanced than lifesteal, as a some champs like Leblanc could simultaneously one shot you and full heal herself

Everytime when i remember my old days where i mix both of Hextech gunblade for 20% spell vampire + Will of the ancients for another 20 and i use 6% from runes and 3% from mastery then i buy spirit visage and i get around 52 % spell vampire ommgg my old days i wanna cry I was doing that build to any tanky ap main i have { Cough morde " } and nonstop pentakills.
