Riot should take consideration to this

I feel like a fix to this could be just "resetting MMR" just one singular time. Because then everyone would be on even playing grounds and could actually get placed where they belong. On my rank pushing acount im only in diamond 3 but this account im using to type this is only in silver 2 as of right now and its been that way every season except 6. The truth of this is that i find players in silver that have plat-diamond borders or even just silver borders and are complete monsters. I doubt that they can just be written off as "oh they cant 1v9 carry when they are so good?" but thats just ignorant. No one can 1v9 carry no matter what you say even in videos you can see some type of follow up or tanking even if their team is feeding. In silver it is a true 1v9 sometimes and when you are fighting against the enemy team who your team fed 3000 kills but you are equally or more fed than the other team you still wont win against 3-5 decently fed enemies because even bronze players can understand the concept of focusing the strong guy.

   The reason most of the master-challenger players are such a high rank and stay consistently at a high rank is because they have played since the beginning against other players who have played since the beginning.  They were all basically at the same skill level when ranked first went live and just fought and played with one another every game basically until they were all a super high rank. Their mmr is so high from the beginning that they virtually cant even drop below a certain point no matter how bad they do. Now they all are playing at a high level of play with others on their team and enemy team who consistently play at a high level. I can almost 100% guarantee that if they reset MMR anytime the entire challenger and master tiers will be completely flood with players who havent been their before. 

Yeah you can say "but they dont belong there" but if they dont theyll just drop down to their needed rank and the players who do belong there will stay there and i promise that it will be a ridiculously large amount of players. Even saying that 800-1000 players out of the millions who play this game are the only ones at master to challenger level is ridiculous, almost impossible.

I am no one in the community but i think this is something riot should really really think about this and consider it. We have had soft resets that just throw people lower and lower every year but a full reset to 0 would be good maybe for players bronze-plat and those diamond-challenger get like 500 MMR instead of 0.
