Sivir's spellshield is lackluster...

The spellshield is underwhelming against some abilities like Bards Q, it blocks the damage but you will get stunned if it connects with something else, or Leonas E, you will not take the damage but she will still dash to you and hit you with Q. I think the spellshield should block or cancel the ability, not just half-way do it... it can get really frustating. Those were just to mention a couple that came to my mind, but I believe there are more cases.
