LeaverBuster Fix/Idea

Hi Riot (fist bump...)

I started League of Legends in 2014 having received the skin ( and ) and ward codes at the EB Expo. My request is instead of your LeaverBuster system where you put summoners in a lower priority queue for a set amount of time, a new system that came to mind on the toilet is when a summoner disconnects, their gold, health, mana, xp, IP gain etc are all divided evenly among the rest of the team (like a buff). It could be balanced by the summoner can only leave when reaching a certain level, maybe only 1-2 summoners can leave throughout the match, a summoner can only leave in a set time period e.g. summoner leaves, have to wait a number of minutes before another summoner can leave (unless that summoner is on the other team). Riot can you please make this a new system to replace the LeaverBuster system. [Optional]: send this out as a vote to other summoners when they start the client before they click launch. [Also Optional but not urgent]: If this system is a reality, remove all of the summoners within the lower priority queue. If this idea is not a reality, then maybe change it so that you only have to wait for 5 minutes every time your in a lower priority queue, but stay in the lower queue for more matchmade games e.g. Wait 5 minutes for 5 games-wait 5 minutes for 10 games etc. I hope the development team will consider this idea
