Does Riot Think Nami Is Pretty Balanced

I have been playing Nami for a while and like the rest of everyone I feel as if Nami still has high mana cost and her cooldowns are long. I think she is pretty good as a support I just want your guys opinions on this.Nami I feel as if Nami is kind of been underrated as a support. But do anyone still remember Nami from the Riot team?

She's good for solo queue but she's been trash in organized games for years since she's super unreliable for what she's most important for (Q and R).

It's not "super necessary" to change her in the way of buffs/nerfs. No amount of number tuning will change the aforementioned notion outside of overbuffing her W or E to the point where she dominates solo queue.

Her stupid heal has a high cost because it makes it impossible to win trades against her and is an incredibly frustrating ability to see spammed.

Enchanters are meant to do less damage but provide way more utility.

Nami's damage is pretty nuts for an "enchanter".

She's early-game oriented, is why.

Also she's tuned to poke damage. She doesn't fight in burst for this to be a massive problem.

What I mean is ebb and flow instead of losing damage per bounce the more ap the damage goes up per bounce

I still think the season 8 nerf they gave her was on the wrong part of her W.

They should have hit her damage, not her sustain.

It's not like she was stonewalling lanes with her sustain or anything.
