This game is broken
Teemo Vs. Shen top lane. Shen has 150 health. I (Teemo) shoot Shen five times, hit him with a blinding dart, and ignite him. This all takes place under his tower so I'm taking tower hits. Well. Shen does not take any damage from any of this. The ignite (which was supposed to do 270 TRUE damage appears to have done nothing. And a moment later after killing me, Shen's health bar reads 250. So I would like to know HOW Shen at 150 health survived an ignite, (270 true damage) a blinding dart, (roughly 400 damage) and 5 toxic shots at roughly 120 damage each and actually managed to walk away like 2 seconds later with more health than he started with... Does that make any sense at all? Is it just me or is this game completely broken. THERE IS NO WAY I DID NOT DO 150 DAMAGE TO THIS GUY. THIS GAME IS ABSOLUTELY BROKEN AND IT'S STARTING TO BECOME COMPLETE GARBAGE. It is absolute nonsense that he could survive that. Seriously. Riot. Please do something about the state of your completely broken game.
are a thing, and he probably has the dangerous game mastery? Either that or maybe COTC? Does his kit activate that? His ulti gives him this giant shield. It's not broken, damage doesn't lie. You just don't know what you were fighting against in the first place.
