Riot should allow the players to be able to change the language of the game regardless of the region and to have an option that allows to personalize everything in terms of the language of the client and voice language: for example the launcher is in French but the voice in Japanese. There is a lot of play that gives this option so I do not see why not League could not do it. there are programs that allow it to do it but with the new launcher it can not do it anymore.

I agree, the Korean voice announcer has a very calm sound and I was a big fan of the Korean voice actors as well (besides Annie xD) I hope to get these back one day as it doesn't give one any sort of advantage when playing.
