Trolls in ranked
I hate trolls a good junk of my games today had trolls feeding ones and 1 racist troll, how the heck am i supposed to climb out of bronze and get better with the constant trolls.

Call objectives. Literally instruct your team on a play by play basis. Call them idiots if they are doing wasting time. Encourage their good use of time.
Do it more. Make them sick of your typing. Nag them until they finally give in. If they mute you, spam ping.
