Possible Buff to Annie?

Now although she has seen ratio changes for the better, I was thinking of a way to make her gameplay more interesting by adding a passive to Tibbers. Passive Confidence: When Tibbers is summoned, Annie gains 75 more range on each ability and 10/20/30 bonus movement speed when molten shield is cast. It might push her wayyyyy over the top as someone without skillshots(hurr durr incinerate is a skillshot), but it would also allow her to see competitive play for next season. I can't really judge if she is in a good spot right now as the only sample size from high elo is twitch streamer Annie Bot. Plus Im silver so my opinion isn't as valid as higher elo's opinion.

Just make some of Tibbers' stats scale off of Annie's level instead of Ultimate rank and/or ** let him benefit from Annie's movement speed bonuses.**

i.e.: Health: 120 (+180) (from 1200/2100/3000) AD: 50 (+5)* (from 80/105/130)* Movement Speed: Same as Annie (from 350)

Health and AD at level 6/11/16 are identical to live.

i hear annie is a really huge lane bully, haven't seen her in awhile. i just know she very tanky and very bursty if she wins lane.

Well she use to be a lanebully, then syndra and others come along and redefined what it meant to be a lanebully.

Annie's win rate is a little above average. I don;t think she is a candidate for buffs aside from a usability adjustment like Tibbers movespeed.

She is an amazing champ as is. People just need to get away form the mentality she can only support

Idk, just feels like she needs more impact on the game than just be an aoe cc bot every 100 or so seconds.
