New ranked

I believe it's time to change ranked mode now don't get me wrong but in ranked you should be able to play any position but we all want to play our main position kinda like team builder I believe ranked needs something like team builder where you queue up with position you want to play and matches you with others to make a whole team now you would still have pick and bans and champ select so you wouldn't be just like team builder but at least every one gets what they want and you would be more like a actual team instead of random pieces trying to fit together arguing over pick order and positions
