Why does no one talk about a Singed rework

Singed has one of the most simplistic kits in the game and is very boring to even play as. Also his graphics are still outdated. When playing as him you just run around the map with Q activated and clear minion waves. He is in a worse state than some other champions like in my opinion, but is never even talked about for a gameplay update. In his abilities he does have the combo of his E and W, but it is almost impossible to land a flip into the puddle in the middle of a fight.

Thing about Singed is, his kit actually functions for what it wants to do. That's different than the other VGUs like Poppy or Sion, who simply didn't have an identity or a thematic cohesiveness to their kits or builds.

Generally, champions get reworked for one of two reasons. They have a thematically incohesive kit, like I stated above, or their kit has some aspects of it that are deemed unhealthy to the game, like Evelynn, Master Yi and Ryze.

Singed is neither. He just has a very unique style of play, and his kit completely supports that style of play.

There is nothing wrong with being simple, and being boring is a matter of opinion. Quite frankly, despite his simple kit, Singed still holds one of the most unique play styles of all the champions in the game; that sounds incredibly interesting to me, and would probably entertain the hell out of me if I actually bothered to play Singed.

Also, Warwick is pretty garbage as a simple champion design through and through, as his simplicity neither offers much unique in that there are so many champions that does everything he can do better, nor deep as the most interesting strategic value is his E. whereas nobody plays like Singed and even the best Singed players need to juggle little details, accentuating his depth.

Not every champ has to be the next azir, just because it is simplistic doesn't mean it isn't effective. If you find his game play boring just play as something else
