Shaco Nerf?

Hello there, I am Teemo Doom Bot, a current Silver and main. I have been hearing, as well as watching videos about the upcoming shaco nerfs and honestly, why is Riot trying to ruin, a champion that they already destroyed? I don't mean to sound like a complete and utter Salty Sally but I have been playing since his release (October 10, 2009) and when seeing every nerf, and now the rework that have come his way, I sincerely believe that Riot is trying to remove from the meta, and keep it on the down low. Now, this nerf is a target of Assassin/One-Shot Crit 's as well as quite a bit of AP- As it has been stated:

"Deceive (Q) AP ratio lowered to 40% from 50% Two-Shiv Poison (E) AP ratio lowered to 75% fro 90% Hallucinate (R) explosion damage lowered to 200/300/400 from 300/450/600" This Deceive nerf is something that will be affecting a lot of the current Assassin 's due to, how it scales with his AD, the mixture of the AP nerf with already, the Invisibility timing has ruined in multiple ways.

-It has made ganking more compact, and harder to accomplish due to the decieve cut off before reaching an enemy champion -Deceive is a major part of damage with both AD, and AP shaco, without it's current Ap scale, it can potentially kill any AP-Assassin shaco players with the up-coming seasons. -Shaco relies on deceive to escape, as well as counter play an enemy champion when low, with the combo being Q, W, R, AUTO, E, Q for most Assassin Shaco's. Every nerf said here, will ruin this combo, and make the shaco that we all know and love something that will never be played, and trust me. For the players that want the skins now, just wait until they can't do anything with . Every hard nerf has it's currency fails.

So Riot, if you would please. Refrain from touching anymore this, and next season. Just wait to see what the season brings.
