how bad the support is !!!

support dont care about players really !! they just ignore you so 4 days ago i got an error of GBSSNDRPT EXPECTED ARGUMENT 'I' and i created a discussion and sent a ticket to the support and at the discussion some1 from the staff said that i had an open ticket already so go with it not with the discussion so its abandoned and all for the ticket first of all they reply like so slow i mean it took them several hours for first reply to just tell me do a fresh reinstall for the game and after that hours keeps getting longer and reply keeps getting more late and late and now the problem isnt solved and i didnt have any reply for 2 days now i just got ignored !! needless to say i installed a fresh windows and fresh installation for the game and still have the same error so its not me ... things like this what make people hate the game and leave it for good !! good luck all i just wanted to complain as if it would make any diff. and i think goodbye for LOL for now i cant run it anyway [slayer-jinx-unamused] [zombie-brand-facepalm] [zombie-nunu-bummed]

You could have tried posting it in bug reports instead of a support ticket. The support team cannot help you with client bugs, anyway.

And try grammar and punctuation.. If the ticket was anything like this post, nobody understood it.

They do care and will get to your ticket as soon as they can, but ticket times are often long because a large backlog of tickets. You may find a quicker initial response if you post on the Help & Support board.
