Ranked System Needs Fix

Okay I've been playing a lot of ranked recently, I'm not that good i'll admit it, but I'm stuck in Bronze III and I feel like I shouldn't be. I have done really good in some of my games but still lost so I lose LP and eventually get demoted... This is really frustrating especially when I take into account that most of the times it's not my fault. Ultimately in the end I can take blame for the loss, yes. It's a team effort and I failed to support the team in the end and so we lost. But when I finish a game as Kayle Top, 7/6/16, and lose, and then get demoted from Bronze II to Bronze III, I just feel cheated... I played exceptionally well in this game but I still lost and still got demoted. So here's my proposition. What if, and this can just be for lower ranks like bronze, instead of giving LP for winning, you gave LP for how well they did in the game. Not only I experience this I have many friends who are stuck in bronze because they keep getting paired up with "bad" teammates. So my proposition is to give LP out depending on how well they did in the game and not hinder them to their teammates who they will probably never speak to again. If a man goes 16/3/8 and loses, he will still lose a lot of LP when you and I both know it was not his fault that they lost.

Hello,

"Why don't you include other details, like how many kills or deaths I had, to determine my rating?

If we did, it would encourage players to focus on killing other players instead of strategically winning the game. For instance, players who choose supporting champions would be adversely affected because they are not expected to earn kills. By putting as many measurements and incentives as possible on specifically winning a game, we avoid side behaviors that aren't as fun and confuse the rating process."

(I don't belive this is true though.)

That's true and all but that's why you measure the assists as well. You don't measure the ammount of kills they have but the amount of participation they had to the overall team kills.

The game isn't about kills and assists. It's about taking objectives and denying the other team objectives. It's not dominion.

This game is absolutely about kills and assists. Let's say one team has 30 kills, the other team has 15 but 5 dragons. Who wins? 30 Kills easily.

I agree with this.

Ranked is broken, plain and simple. There are players in low elo that should be higher...and there are players in mid level elo that shouldn't even be playing.

The lack of lobby consistency is disheartening to say the least.

What about only allowing players to take champs that they are "proficient" with? AKA, must have a % win rate to be able to use that champ in Ranked Play. There is to much variance in player skill level with different champs. ie. You can only play top if your top q win % is positive. You can only play Ryze in a ranked game if your win % with Ryze is ___%.

This will force players to q in norm's until the are "ready" for ranked play.
