He either needs the rupture delay lowered just slight so only if you have tier 2 boots you can run out or the circle removed so its more of a skill based thign instead of a just move a bit. Also movespeed boost would be nice even if it means lowering his damage a bit to compensate. With how fast you can move in league now would be nice to see these changes reverted so hes more viable again.
Cho would need to take a huge, and I mean HUGE hit to his R to make compensation buffs necessary, and given the current meta he'd be worse off with those changes than how he is now. I don't think Cho'gath is particularly overpowered, but you can't look at a champion that can literally 1 shot clickshot someone while going tank and say they need to be made stronger.
