How to fix Leblanc Solutions Thread

I'm tired of all the the post that say rather unintelligently " Nerf LB too stronk" and honestly don't consider where the true issues lie with Leblanc . My solution is simple: slow down the Distortion animation speed. Think about it, even if her W did ZERO dmg, it is essentially one of the best spells that an assassin character could have ( She can go in, she can go out, and she can juke you all about) simply because it provides a higher level of control over two of some of the most important things for an assassin play style - mobility and positioning. Allowing THAT SAME EXACT skill to also wave clear, do AOE dmg, provide no clear indication of where she is going to land and also proc her Sigil of Malice Mark is proving to be a semi-toxic/unbalanced/overbearing play style for obvious reasons. Now, I realize removing any of the aforementioned portions of Leblanc 's W may honestly be way too severe of a balancing method, however I feel that slowing down the Distortion speed would add the counter play that LB match ups are definitely missing. This is because, After all the benefits mentioned above, I feel like Leblanc is still highly reliant on her distortion damage in order too have truly have favorable trades, and making distortion easier to react too/less reliable would provide laners with any opportunity to punish LB if she fails actually land her W.

TL;DR Lowering the W speed would give opponents meaningful counter play against Leblanc, thus making the experience of playing against more enjoyable/bearable without completely destroying her viability

I like the idea. That's one my problems with LeBlanc is that she's kinda dedicated on herself F**king up instead of you outplaying her,

Before going to solution space, I'd suggest you better define the problem.

I see little reason to believe LeBlanc is out of balance, so your concern is clearly for game health. That means you're looking to do a rework, not a balance tuning. In turn, this means that every unit of power you're taking out, you need to put back in somewhere else.

i don't really think lb is too strong. and i don't play her. certain champs are designed to have to be crazy if you let them get to far ahead. thier called bursty assasins. and they snowball. other notable champs include YI, yasuo, nasus and veigar. dont feed them and they wont be an issue.

why do u think you almost always see yi banned in bronze but it alsmot dies to zero ocne player reach silver. becuase once a player reach silver there is usually only one person on the team of feeds like an idoit.

LB isn't too weak or too strong, but is a pain to deal with unless someone's got killer reaction time to stop her in her tracks.

Does making her W deal less damage help? Especially since it is her main way to flash all over the darn place. How about giving her blink some delay before she can flash back to her original position? Would that create more "counterplay" than pre-rework Veigar?

Just some suggestions coming from a support main. We all know that simply stacking MR doesn't help too much especially from bursty assassins.
