...but the perma-kiting passive on Kalista isn't? Can somebody tell me what the fuck this company is smoking?

Can't they both be?
I mean, just because I don't like Veigar's E doesn't mean I like Kalista's jump and in fact I want Kalista nerfed to hell and back.
The two things are not comparable. One is a stun the other is personal mobility... Shall we compare Mundo's Ultimate to Annie's next?
Maybe compare it to Lucian's (E) Relentless Pursuit; it's actually a mobility spell, and was nerfed.
