Game modes

So, I was thinking, we should do a game mode that lets us pick our preferred lane before we go into the round, like we do in ranked and draft pick ques, and in the champion pick faze, you'd still have bans, in case you've faced too many teemos today and are sick of facing him, but the enemy team can't see who you're picking, thus making it so you can't be counter-picked every game like you do in draft. So basically, you'd pick your lane, ban champions, pick your champion (and not be able to be counter-picked), and go into the round. I mention doing it like this because, well, I'm tired of counter picks in draft and ranked, and in blind I'm never able to call the lane I actually want first, and instead I end up filling jg or support, which I can never do good at no matter how much I practice. Anyone else like this idea or am I alone here?
