Level 30s, FWotD and matchups

The filtering for matchups needs some reworking. I am still semi-new, I have been playing for about 2 weeks now, but have seen enough to have learned more than just the basics of gameplay. I just recently got to level 20 and I still find it mildly annoying that level 30s with max masteries and top tier runes are joining Beginner (obviously just a room title since a lvl 30 isn't a beginner) matches, overpowering everything in sight, KSing champion kills (simply because they can) and basically ruining the match for anyone that is actually a beginner. Some claim " I am here helping a friend learn the game" (Helping them learn what exactly? How to steamroll once you're level 30? Because if you're plowing through the minions and champions, they aren't learning much tactically. Can't use the claim for helping them level either because the matches are over and done with so fast that there is little in form of EXP and IP. I know the LOL community will find their way to flame, bash , and tell me to shut my pie hole. But, from a new player standpoint it just seems silly. Put the level 30s in their own que. It will balance out PVP as well since I have been in my fair share of PVP matches where the opposing team has at least 3 above lvl 25 while my team has maybe 1. That kind of imbalance gives them an advantage right from the start and inexperienced, NEW players have no way of actually overcoming or learning from it.
