Game time in LOL

Game time in videogames is an awesome idea keeping that trolling guy away . If u pay 10 or 15 $ per month u wouldn't troll ( play for fun ) . I'm tilted playing ranked with guys playing for fun . League is a competitive game and everyone deserve equal chance of winning a game . in WoW you need to pay 13€ per month , but there are no trollers and blizzard support reacts very fast . I'm ok of paying price for playing game with big potential like League . If you are from riot games please think about it . :)
