Can we get a earlier Remake?

Like at 2 mins? I don't want to endure a game when the player with a poor connection or PC that doesn't connect after 2 mins to ruin the entire game. I won't play the game out when remake doesn't occur. because they connect 20 seconds before 3 mins.
