a band-aid fix to the lethality meta if your botlane is a mage/supp and a crit-man

have you ever wanted any more armor so that they don't do true damage to you when playing support and you want your adc to have more than 300 ad because most crit items don't give it or lethality well use this it give armor mana ap and cdr which lets face it a mage looks forward to but it also gives the adc some breathing space once in a while with his build you know just tell them to build an and and leave the rest to lethality and maybe a life steal item and also there's a %ap boost in it for you or the midlaner if you get the cruel idea to attach it to a fed mage or something like that
