what do I need to do to get an S?

What is needed for that S rating? I just played a Galio mid game going 10/0/21, super excited to get a chest to use one of the keys I had racked up and I got a plain old A. Is there some chart that shows how the games are evaluated and rated?

I get an S every game.

All I do is focus on being highest level and staying ahead in gold and items. Take lots of enemy camps. Push waves. Take towers if they are free. Get the blue trinket and spam it. Hope this helps.
