Riot servers disconnected me, now I have a 20 minute AFK timer

Everyone in my match is disconnected from it by Riot servers, I checked and my ping was fine, but the match itself had just stopped. It then crashed and i reconnected only to find out I wouldnt load into the game. After this, i am greeted by an AFK timer. Is there any way to ask to get rid of it?
