I still don't understand why Ezreal's Q doesn't deal magic damage when he has more AP than Bonus AD

I mean, it feels awful that half of your Q damage is physical damage, thus not synergizing well with your magic penetration.

It shouldn't apply on-spells effects like Luden's Echo, but just let it deal magic damage, so building MR Pen feels a lot better.

You don't have more AP than AD as Ezreal, so that change wouldn't do anything.

Ap ezreal does.

But honestly, feels like he already has an easy enough time dealing magic damage as is that this would be an unnecessary buff.
