I still go 
in every lane.
There will be a champion type you will enjoy no matter what and you will do good with and with each class there's a champion who you can play in a different lane that their normal roles. So stop complaining about being auto filled and use the 2ndary roles of champions you enjoy.

My Sea Cow3 votesYou're severely limiting yourself if you can only play one type of champion or one type + Bard, IMHO. You may be best with Marksman, but learn to play other champions and other roles in the just in case situation especially if that champion isn't good in that lane or match up

i also completely agree, if im primarily a toplaner and i get stuck as supp, id rather play someone i know, then fail and feed with a supp champ i never touch
