Record player's username. Dodge if that player ends up on your team.
What most people suggest is to wait like 5 or 10 min before requeing for another game. Otherwise, just hope, do what AnomalousChimera said, or try to play with them (Whether they are muted or not.)
Once had the same guy on my team 3 games in a row. Needless to say he just flamed and fed all day for absolutely no reason except that he wanted to make me lose.
