Idea for a slight Karthus passive change

I've seen that the devs are looking into karthus and i was thinking about his passive. One big problem with it is that you can't move, how about when he dies, you can move and cast like you were alive, but only for 7 seconds like before. It wouldn't change much, it just might make him a bit better in fights. Something he really needs.

It would change alot though and I voted it's a bad idea. Karthus can already kill after he's dead and in a team fight does alot of extra damage in those 7 seconds providing he died in a decent spot where he can keep hitting people or they are inside of his aoe while still fighitng your team. You basically want karthus to always be able to kill you after you kill him with that change since even if you kill him and get away you generally don't get away with much health left letting him be able to move around would let him kill you every time you kill him.

Only way I'd ever consider it a good idea would be if it were like sions passive but then every would complain about it because after you die enemies wouldn't be around to try and kill them, still useful in team fights though but then you wouldn't be guaranteed your ult because enemy would be able to kill you again quickly before you finish channleing

I think the only way movement when dead is an option is if his E was removed from his kit. That AOE in E can be devastating while he's dead.

If anything in Karthus' kit needs to go, it's that W. I personally find it lacking and very limited in use. I feel like it could be replaced by something else entirely and he'd be all the better for it.

This would be so op you wouldnt understand

If you could run in 7 seconds of being invulnerable shredding enemies with no counterplay, Karthus would be busted as hell

Think about it. You could die, then run the enemy squishies down without them being able to peel themselves nor lifesteal

It wouldn't be op. Why would you go in and die over and over, You would just be feeding, that isn't even smart to do. Sure you would get some kills, but in the long run is it worth it? No, it isn't. He doesn't even do lots of damage, hell you can move out of most of it and mages are aimed down anyway. This is something that could help him.

If you die and run the whole enemy team down with nothing for them to do, would that be fair?

He would only kill after death if you stay in his range or didn't build any MR for his uti. What you would do is easily kill him and walk away, it's not even hard to do because he is a mage. Also his damages is so low you don't even see the change in your HP most of the time. Sure you could use your W, but it really doesn't help at the start.

He just isn't in a good place right now and moving after his death could help him move up on the play list. If you're worried about him tower diving when he dies, they could make it so he loses passive time when close to a tower.
