Can we delete Evelynn from the game?

She has no counter play. Either increase the amount of pink wards we can have, or delete her from the game. Have you seen Evelynn in silver or bronze? It is absolutely devastating, a good Evelynn can gank from around 8 different areas on the map, one control ward isn't sufficient. We always stress how vision is important when there is literally no way to have complete vision of Evelynn alone. Especially in solo q, where 3 of your members are tilted, 1 of them is "baked", and another who is auto piloting.

I've played eve like 600 games maybe. Gold 3 was best i got. I'm noob but I'll tell you what's some effective strategies to beat her.

  1. ward her jg camps so you know what side of the map she is on.

  2. when she shows on the other side of the map you get the greenlight to go aggressive in lane.

  3. manage your wave so it is right in front of your tower but not being hit by minions, this give your jg the best opportunity to help you, and it is very hard for eve to dive if she isn't like lvl 11 with tank item

  4. always put a pink in the bush that you would be most vulnerable to being ganked from. Eve depends on surprise and/or getting behind u without u knowing and having her lane bait a '1v1'. So if she can stand behind you without you knowing and you have no idea what part of the map she is on, you are playing dangerously.

  5. Steal eve's camps as an enemy jungler when she ganks on a side of the map opposite the one you are on.

  6. Eve gets low and sometimes even dies to her own jg if she isnt careful pretty much until she builds some defense so you can go in her jg and fight her early and mess her up if you're successful. This is risky though so plan ur escape before the laners collapse to help her.

I am amazed how a post like this isn't -999, whenever I post some random hate-on-champ post it immediately gets trashed.

A part from that this post is just non sense to be honest, you could say mostly the same thing for champions like Shaco, Twitch and even champions like rek'sai, zac and camille that can enter combat from locations that are unlikely to be warded.

I've got about 800 Evelynn games and I managed to get to Plat 4 with her. You can say she is easy, but she is not. She's easy to learn but extremely hard to master, because mastering Evelynn is mostly about knowing your opponent. She actually is pretty easy to counter by just picking the right champions and control warding the right spots.

First of all if you think putting a control ward in bushes/river and places she might come from, you're forgetting that she can just come in from another angle. So you should ward close to where you are farming, so you can see her when she's about to engage.

Top lane is her easiest lane to gank so golden rule DO NOT PUSH TOP LANE. Bot lane is most rewarding, but can be hard depending on who has been picked. Suggestions Alistar, Morgana, Janna, Karma (Never pick Zyra, Lux, Brand or any other squishy no escape AP mage) Mid lane is a tough gank if no one pushes lane it's nearly impossible to just run in and gank, however I play smite/ignite on her which makes it a bit easier but still I try avoiding mid unless some kind of reckless Yasuo is pushing my ally 24/7.

Champions that completely cripple Eve when she has a basic AP/Glasscanon or AP/Tank build: Volibear, Vi, Shyvana, Riven, Darius, Irelia, Morgana, Akali Skill matchup/depends on being fed: Lee Sin, Kha Zhix, Elise, Shaco, Rek'sai, but I think I can go on for a long time.

Don't feed Eve she's a hypercarry for the first 20 minutes after that you can itemize pretty well versus her. Also you can say she is a roflstomper in lower elo, but there are so many champions that destroy lower elo and are completely useless in higher elo or 5v5 team games. Heimerdinger comes to mind, but also Singed and Dr Mundo.

She's not that hard to counter.

Often her counterplay is to just turn around and murder her. Seriously, she is the most fragile champion in the game. If you are playing anyone with any amount of burst, you can most likely explode her the moment she shows up to gank.

If you aren't a champion who can do that, just play safe near your tower. Eve can't tower-dive.

Finally, the best counterplay to her is to get through the laning phase without feeding her too much, then to always travel in a group. She can't really do anything at that point, because she's too fragile to dive into the enemy team and survive. Don't give her the opportunity to catch someone fragile out-of-position and she's nearly useless.

IF she builds dmg you fight her and outburst her. IF she builds tank she is useless late game. Take your pick.
