I personally have no problems with the State of Yasuo, BUT, if we are looking at something to fix or change him. When buying Infinity Edge, don't let the passive granting 50% bonus crit damage apply. This would still allow for the double crit factor of his passive to apply, but it will make his damage, and facing him in general, more manageable after a 12 minute 60% crit.
