Diana Overtuned

Hello,

I don't mind that there are "reworks" or "release of new champs" but 2020, season 10 can we change a few things..

Current Diana on Korea build is overtuned. Having bigger shield is not biggest problem but when she can 1v5 with just one shotting all with her ult is bit over called isn't it?

Still hope to see in future that "new champions" and "reworks" are banned in ranked game for atleast a month and for "rework champs" old style style will still works until a month or atleast 1 patch worked out.. This prevent overtuned champions and broken abuse will be in game.

or Maybe hotfix stuff daily instead of waiting 2 weeks before each patch. PBE is for testing but results are horrible when it hits live servers. Ofcourse you wanna earn on it, but don't overtune champs to get paid for it.
