Barrier on pantheon ? Pro panths any thoughts?

Been spamming it in ranked and have won 11 in a row with it LOL Im not sure how it will do in high elo but would love to see some pro players using it.

Its great for all ins, getting ganked, and diving with my ult. Ive actually made some pretty bad ass plays with it, but again low elo is low elo. People run ignite/tp a lot in high elo play, but barrier could be an alternative. Works great for level 2 all ins against champs like teemo/jayce.

I usually build mal/GA to give myself 3 solid sheilds from death. Can be pretty annoying late game for the other team when they try and all in you.

Thoughts!?!? :)

Wait a second, people roll Ignite + Teleport in High Elo? Correct me if I'm wrong but I am almost sure that High Elo players will never trade Flash for any kind of Summoner Spell in 99% of situations (except for the champs that take Ghost).

Barrier + Flash... hmm, on paper it doesn't sound AS good as Flash + Ignite, since the Ignite is good for early game kills, and Panth is all about stomping that early game, but... I'll try it to see how it works.

NEVER EVER BUY MAW AND STERRAKS TOGETHER. Lifegrip doesn't stack. You do this almost every game, 180 of your games. You should know this as a Panth onetrick. Also, you should have 1-3 actual tank items if you want to get out of bronze. Hope this helps

Also don't get barrier, it's shit on him, he already has his stupid ass passive which blocks enough to bully. If you really need a lane handicap, flash with ignite or exhaust. When you can win consistently without it, run to every game even though you have your ult.

flash + ignite is pretty much the only way to go. Maybe flash + teleport if you got counterpicked and have to accept that you're going to get shit on.

Flash/barrier loses to flash/ignite & flash/teleport at the high elo. With Flash/barrier you have the same kill potential as someone with flash/teleport but without the ability to teleport into a fight or use it to control your minion wave.

Exhaust would be significantly more useful than barrier if this is the route you are determined in going.

Ignite is an offensive summoner spell for oppresive laners or assassins such as pantheon. Barrier does not fit his playstyle. I could understand using exhaust to do better in duels, but not barrier

If you are taking barrier to survive longer in teamfights, then why are u playing pantheon in general? Pantheon is played to win lane and apply pressure to the map with his ult after he kills the enemy top laner with ignite
