ZIlean's new kit brings a lot to league yes i agree on that... But his damage on his Q is ridicules.Lets see alright o per level (75/115/165/230/300) then on top of that plus 90% of AP. Now this .... is what makes zilean support so good but yet so op.His bombs will legitimately lower down the enemy adc so low so that the his ally adc can one shot them.Now keep in mind all he needs to do is hit 2 bombs and his adc can feed for days.Now the other issue is his E. I agree that they should bring back the Old zilean.

I disagree that current zilean is op.

Q: nearly impossible to hit E: Diminishing returns. There is no 99% slow

if they change anything, they should change the base values a little and make it where his stun is targetable again if the target is in range

his ap ratio should be what doesn't change though because it is his only offensive ability and a very small stun hardly adds to the team, though interestingly enough the bomb only has to be landed on the same target to stun, not a champion

but compared to instakill champs like quitzcrank and thrash, he's not really that annoying and can specifically counter them (sorta, thresh can shield for most of zilean's damage)
