What is this crap Riot I win 8 games in a row and get no more than 10 LP per win then lose one freaking game and lose 25.

you have a horrible MMR, a negative winrate with 500 games. what did you expect?`do you know how MMR works?
LP gain and loss is based on your MMR. If your MMR is below your rank, you'll lose more and gain less. If your MMR is above your rank, you'll gain more and lose less.
To raise your MMR, you need to just keep winning. A web site to show an estimated MMR is op.gg.
It gives you an estimate as to where your MMR is in comparison to your rank.
